The purpose of this study was to determine the effects physical therapy treatment in knee osteoarthritis with and without wedge support.Methods: This randomized controlled trail conducted at Outpatient Department Physical Therapy, Mayo Hospital, Lahore Mid City Lahore. Eighty patients were selected using a predefined inclusion exclusion criteria randomly allocated two groups; Group A (Routine physiotherapy treatment) B insole). Outcome recorded start end 3 weeks terms pain disability as on Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) Western Ontario McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) respectively. collected data entered analyzed SPSS v25 p value < 0.05 significant.Results: At third week, there statistically significant difference between groups VAS (Mean Difference 1.55; 0.05) WOMAC 5.53; 0.0001). before after score also noted within each group <0.0001.Conclusion: In comparison conventional alone, adding insoles routine Knee results better relief function improvement.
